The Product Planning team meticulously orchestrates the development processes for our pick-up trucks and PPVs, fine-tunes specifications, and ensures that the outputs from all design teams adhere to standardized criteria and timelines. Additionally, the Product Planning team collaborates closely with our customers and business partners to achieve mutual objectives.
The Industrial Design Department plays an important role in creating unique and beautiful designs for various automotive parts. This includes selecting colors, designing sleek appearances, and creating detailed clay models.
The Engineering Design Unit is responsible for designing, developing, and researching the structures and components, including the body, drivetrain system, suspension system, air conditioning system, electrical system, exterior components, interior components, and door system components.
Body Design Group is accountable for designing the cargo and body of the vehicle, such as passenger compartment, engine compartment and hood. In our design process, we prioritize strength, durability, and safety for both driver, passengers and pedestrians.
Interior Design Group oversees the engineering design of interior components within the passenger cabin, aimed at enhancing user convenience. These include passenger seating, front consoles, storage compartments, carpets, and door panels. Our design approach prioritizes passenger safety, usability, cabin acoustics, as well as functionality, aesthetic appeal, and seamless integration.
Exterior Design Group focuses on designing outer components apart from the steel body, emphasizing driver and road user safety, as well as aerodynamics. This includes bumpers, front grille, mirrors, rear spoilers, headlights, taillights, and windshield wiper systems.
Body Closures Design Group oversees the design and development of door system components, including side-view mirrors, door seals, and glass mechanisms. These designs prioritize usability, sound insulation, dust and water ingress prevention, and passenger safety.
Chassis Design Department is responsible for designing and developing the lower components of automobiles, including powertrain parts such as gears, drivetrains, rear axle assembly, radiators, exhaust pipes, and brakes. Additionally, it includes the frame, impact protection systems, lower control arm, hubs, wheel dampers, springs, shock absorbers, chassis reinforcement bars, steering control systems, fuel tanks, air intake systems, oil pipes, engine and gear mounts, chassis bushings, propeller shafts, wheels, and tires. These components support the vehicle's weight and play a crucial role in enhancing driving performance.
Electrical Design Department is responsible for designing electrical circuits, wiring, meters, batteries, and various switches. This also includes electronic components such as car infotainment systems, cameras, navigation systems, and air conditioning systems.
Engine Design Department is responsible for supporting the research, development, and testing of engines to ensure their performance and emission comply with standards and legal requirements.
CAE Group (Computer-aided Engineering) conducts component and full vehicle analysis for testing and validating engineering data using computer programs under simulated conditions. Emphasis is placed on evaluating strength, safety compliance with engineering standards and legal requirements. This supports engineers in designing, developing, and enhancing vehicle efficiency, while helping in reducing production costs.
The Prototype Department is responsible for sourcing and creating prototype components, as well as supporting engineering design units in assembling, modifying prototype parts, and delivering part to concerned organizations worldwide.
Validation and Experiment Department is responsible for quality assessment, evaluation, and conducting experiment parts components as well as vehicles, to ensure durability, strength, usability, and driving performance across various driving conditions. They aim to achieve accurate test results and conduct product issue inspections as parts of their duties.
