Q: Is life at ITA fun? Stressful?

A:  To be honest, there are some stressful moments in research and development work. However, with our working approach that emphasizes HoRenSo (reporting, communicating, and consulting), we have full support and mutual understanding to each others.By this approach, we are able to manage challenges effectively, face stress and pressure with mindfulness and confidence.
