Sharing Great Ideas with Clear Goals

     On the afternoon of July 21, 2025, we came together once again, both onsite and online, to join an inspiring Town Hall event. Our executives shared many important insights: Mr. Hideaki Maki, President of ITA, spoke about our goals for FY2025 and encouraged all employees. Mr. Kazuhiro Kodaira, CE & Director, provided perspectives on the direction of LCV product development. Mr. Masaki Shiga,
Vice President shared his vision for creating a Comfy Workplace. The session was smoothly moderated by our Executive Officer,
Mr. Sopchok Bunyapraet.

      In addition, there were inspiring breakout group activities where participants actively brainstormed and exchanged ideas. The event concluded with an engaging Q&A session, perfectly wrapping up the day’s activities.
