          The company organized the ITA 1st Town Hall in the auditorium. The terminal objective is emphasized on the management team to communicate important matters, the organization's goals, and vision, update significant information regarding operations, performance, and future plans to the employees. They also provided opportunities for employees to express their opinions to foster relationships and understanding between employees and the management team as well as to promote unified organizational culture.
